Family First Chiropractic strives to offer a friendly and fun family environment, while meeting the health care needs of our community. Dr. Heather Robson-McInnis is the Chiropractor with a special interest in pediatrics and pregnancy.
Our office accommodates wheelchairs and strollers and includes a play area for children; a family friendly bathroom with change table including extra diapers, wipes, spare onesies, track pants for the potty-training crowd and a diaper genie; nursing pillow and rooms available for privacy when nursing. We are however a "breastfeeding friendly" office and if you wish, you may nurse wherever you feel comfortable.
To help fulfill her mission to bring the advantages of a healthy lifestyle through chiropractic to the community of Niagara, Dr. Robson-McInnis has worked with Angela Sacco, formerly of Yoga by Sarah, and now of Between Mothers, to do talks to all of her prenatal and mom and me yoga classes for over 16 years. If you would like Dr. Robson-McInnis to do any talks or information sessions to your group or organization, or would like to find out more, please call us at 905-358-8717.
In addition to quality chiropractic care, we provide medical gradient compression hose; orthotics and customized orthotic/orthopaedic shoes (please go to www.tog.com to check our available selection) using gait analysis, foam casting, physical and orthopedic testing; as well as orthopedic water pillows. We also have an extensive collection of newsletters and information regarding natural parenting and health care options and free copies of "Pathways Connects", a natural parenting magazine.
